• Each workspace has its own billing, plan, limits, and credits
• Workspace owners can invite team members as Viewer, Editor, or Admin
• Access is managed at the workspace level instead of per entity

This change replaces entity-by-entity sharing and makes it easier to collaborate at scale, especially for agencies managing multiple clients and teams.

Sentiment Analysis We’ve released Sentiment Analysis, giving you clear insight into how brands are represented in AI-generated answers.

• Each brand mention is classified as Positive, Negative, or Neutral
• Sentiment is determined per AI response for accurate context
• Combined sentiment averages are shown across all views
  This update makes it easy to understand not just whether a brand appears in AI answers, but how it’s being portrayed — helping you track perception and performance at a glance.

Regions Page

We’ve introduced a brand new Regions page that gives you powerful insights into geographic visibility and positioning.

• View visibility and ranking data for each geographic region
• Aggregate multiple regions to analyze combined performance
• Filter data to focus on specific regions or conditions

This update makes it easier to understand how your presence varies across locations, perfect for regional strategy and optimization.

Transfer Entity

You can now transfer ownership of an entity directly to another user.
This feature simplifies collaboration and account management, ensuring the right people have control of the right entities.
